We offer Free Shipping on all UK orders over £50 

UK Orders Under £50 - Delivery charge £4.95

We offer reliable shipping to all European Union countries. Please find the details below:

  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping within the EU typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

  • Customs and Import Taxes: All prices displayed include VAT. However, please note that any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.​

Returns:

​

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

  • You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they’re unworn and in perfect condition. Please make sure they’re in their original packaging with all tags and paperwork included.

How to Return:

  • Let us know your order number and the reason for your return, and we’ll take it from there!

  • Once your return is approved, just package your item safely for return shipping. We’ll make sure the process is smooth for you.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Once your return is received and processed, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs) within 7-10 business days.

  • If you’d rather exchange for something else, no problem! Just let us know, and we’ll help you with that too.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Earrings that have been worn or damaged due to misuse can’t be returned.

  • Custom or personalised pieces are unfortunately non-returnable unless there’s a fault.

Return Shipping Costs:

​

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless your item arrived damaged or faulty. If that’s the case, we’ll cover the return costs.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
